Montessori Training Videos

I use Montessori for my little ones. I had watched many videos by Margaret Humphrey, but then I lost her name and link. I found it again and am reviewing her video on binomial cubes as we are beginning algebra, it is rather neat, but I am not yet sure how it exactly applies to the little ones work nor the big ones.
